Only You |
|
With you, it's all about voiceless communication- always knowing exactly what
to say, but never actually having to say it.
When no one seems to be listening, you hear. When I hurt but
don't show it, you know. When I turn away to hide my tears, you see. When I feel like I can't get through to anyone, you
understand.
Your eyes glow just for me, and I know you're proud. You flash your magical, healing smile my way, and
I know everything will be all right.
You know everything there is to know about me. You know what worries me, what
keeps me up at night, and what shames me so badly that I can't share it with anyone. Most importantly, though, none
of those things bother you.
You've restored my faith in people and proved that there is a thing called true friendship.

Can You See It In My Eyes? |
|
You don't know how I'm feeling. I have yet to vocalize Desire deep inside me. Can
you see it in my eyes?
I tremble when I'm near you Heat travels up my thighs and I want you with an urgency That
I just can't describe.
Dare I reach out to touch you? Do you think you'd realize How much I want and need you? Can
you see it in my eyes?
I long to say, "I love you," But am scared of your reply. Terrified like a child I've
become paralyzed.
The camouflaged emotions Lead to pain and silent cries. And yet I just can't tell you. Don't
you see it in my eyes?
Confessing through this poem My dilemma summarized. The feeling's quite cathartic, But
will lead to my demise. |
Friendship
-
Friendship is a strange thing.
We find ourselves telling
each other
the deepest details of our
lives...
things we don't even share
with the families who
raised us.
But what is a friend?
A confidant? A shoulder
to cry on? An ear to listen? A heart to feel?
A friend is all these ...
and more.
No matter where we met,
no matter how long we've
been together
... I call you friend.
A word so small, yet so
large in feeling,
a word filled with emotion,
a word overflowing with
love.
Truly great things come
in small packages.
Once the package of friendship
has been opened,
it can never be closed.
It is a constant book always
waiting ... waiting to be read ...
and enjoyed.
We may have our disagreements
...
we may have our disappointments
...
we may argue ... we may
concern one another ... friendship is a unique
bond that lasts through
all tribulations.
A part of each of us goes
into our friendships ... our humor ...
our experiences ... our
tears.
Friendships are foundations
... necessary for life ...
and love.
Friends ... you and me ...
you brought another friend and then we were three ... we started our group ... our circle of friends
...
there is no beginning ...
there is no end
It was so hard leaving home, you know how it feels I'm not alone. Even harder i cant go back, You take my hand, its alright. I look at the photos then I
cry, You do the same, but then you smile. I look at you and now I know, You are my best friend I should've
known. I should've know it when I trusted you, you didn't fail me and we made it through. You never failed me and I know
you never will, even though it gets heavy I know
that we can deal. So remember one thing where ever you are where you'll be, we'll stay best friend for ever, you can trust in me.
